It seems that the organization admin is already a member of the space. When I attempt to update the course through the IAM section, I receive the "update member" message, but the changes are not applied successfully.
Steps
  1. Create an Organization
  2. Create a Space within the Organization
  3. Create a Course within the Organization’s Space
  4. Invite Users to the Organization
  5. User Accepts the Invitation
  6. User Not Automatically Added to the Course
