Issues with Mobile Web Navigation & Proposed Solutions
We are facing several issues with mobile navigation, particularly regarding the header and search experience.
  1. Issues with the Mobile Header
The current header does not have enough space to accommodate the following icons:
Notifications
Favorites
Messages
All Features
Proposed Solution:
Try Keep only the user profile icon once the user is logged in.
Move all other icons and interactions inside the sidebar currently used for profile settings.
Remove the "All Features" icon from both dekstop and mobile and instead, distribute direct links to each domain section inside the profile settings, as shown in the screenshots.
  1. Issues with the Header for Non-Logged-In Users
The current "Join Us" button is too large and overlaps with the search bar, find a solution.
  1. Search Bar Optimization
The search bar content needs to be more responsive.
The "Most Popular Users" that appear on all section of the open search bar could become a carousel on both desktop and mobile to enhance the layout.
  1. Improving the Search Experience
This goal is not just about fixing the general navigation but optimizing the entire search experience:
Allow users to search in any section: All, Courses, Profiles, Posts.
In the course section from mobile was coded a solution that have disappear now, restore it , ( this solution allow you to scroll in the subcategories )
we don t have hover in mobile so all categories that in dekstop apper by hovering with mouse now can be activates , show all them by default
Ensure that every search result is properly handled on mobile and that landing pages are fully responsive, regardless of whether the result comes from All, Courses, Profiles, or Posts.
Verify that all marketplace filters work correctly and are fully usable on mobile.
Allow users make switch contect and join organizationn's
Final Goal
Every detail not explicitly mentioned here should be identified and resolved. After implementing these fixes, the entire navigation, search bar, search results, and filters must work perfectly across both desktop and mobile.
